We had used babes lawn care for almost 7 years. Last year when they let the lawn get knee high they said they couldn't mow my lawn anymore. That they couldn't make any money off of it. I understand the need to make money and came to an agreement by increasing the price by $45 per mowing. I actually fostered the agreement because it was high growth spring and we really had no other options. When snow removal time came around they notified us one week before the first big snowstorm that they would not be able to move snow that they were concentrating on their commercial contracts. This

UNRELIABLE!!!! I can't tell you how many times they said they would be here on a certain date &/or time & never showed up or arrived hours later. I can understand that things happen, but at least CALL. One of their employees told me that they have a big client & whenever they need something, the smaller jobs get cancelled. Not a good way to do business!
