After a back & forth with this company for over a week about getting an estimate to have our hedges trimmed and not getting a a date scheduled, we told there would be no estimate and they might show up maybe Monday or maybe Friday to do it. The cost would depend on how many guys and how long it took (isn’t this the point of an estimate??) we did it ourselves. We received a call from The Wife early Sunday morning, saying her husband did a drive by and then basically yelled at us that she would have sent a crew out for nothing even though we were never even given a date??? Tentative dates, no predetermined
