It’s been nearly 3 years since my grandmother passed, and Delgado funeral chapel did an amazing job supporting my family through the process. They are patient, kind, and understanding, even when grieving can put a hold on the plans. Delgado takes advantage of individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. I recently reached out for a quote for the funeral for my brother. Delgado took it upon themselves not only to harass me with phone calls they also wanted to know reason of death instantly instead of being a professional and just providing their condolences. Delgado asked one too many unnecessary questions that had nothing to do with information on their funeral services, it is hard enough to plan the wake of a loved and to still answer unnecessary questions to such an unprofessional company.
