We proudly serve families in our community and surrounding communities and have done so for 4 generations. We service each family individually to provide them with the type of service they desire; whether it is a service at time of need or coming in to discuss services for pre-need. Our staff's professionalism and philosophy is to service each family with the utmost care, dignity and quality beyond expectations.

You can trust our firm for all of your funeral, cremation, and memorial services. We encourage you to search our website for information on immediate and pre-need services, as well as types of products we offer and grief material that is available. The Merchandise section explains the different types of products, but by no means is this a complete list of products available.
Services
Staff members of O'Neil Funeral Home P.C. and Heritage Crematory are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of licensed funeral directors. Patrick has been a licensed funeral professional since 1957, attaining his license from Worsham College of Mortuary Science after returning from the Korean War.
Our firm is a full service funeral home. We service all faiths and traditions. We have Lockport's only on-site crematory. Our staff is available to help with all your needs. Most of our staff is fully licensed according to Illinois law for Pre-need purposes. We will honor any other Pre-need plan from any other funeral home that is already in effect.
Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.
Many who have undergone the emotional strain of arranging a funeral within hours of losing a loved one have made the choice to pre-plan their own funeral. Doing so lifts the burden from their loved ones by relieving decision-making pressure at a time of grief and emotional stress. By pre-planning, your family won't question: Did we do the right thing?
Most of us are not prepared to plan and carry out a funeral ceremony for someone we love. And so much of the information available on this critically important subject fails to focus on what is most important: having a personalized, meaningful funeral that helps families and friends begin the healing process of mourning after the death of someone we love.

Thank you to the 3 ladies that gave a wonderful presentation today at the TRAID Senior meeting and to Lockport's 2 Police Officers that help set the meeting up and a great thank you to Honey Fields for the delicious breakfast. The information package had a lot of information. Thank you once again for this.

I can not express my graditude for the staff and especially Kerrie for helping me with my every need after the loss of my daughter. The compassion and concern for every detail. Kerrie went the extra mile even after hour if i had a question or concern she was there. Even a couple of months after my daughters funeral i couldn't find the death certificate Kerrie and staff went out of their way to get a copy. I truely could not have made it thru this I am deeply appreciate everything that they did.
Thank you for all you have done for me.
