I made an appointment with this company to clean my carpets. When he came he was going to charge me over $700 to clean about 900 sq.ft. He said there was pet urine in the carpet. I told him NO WAY. He was very annoyed but left. I called another company. They came the next day, charged me $250 and they did a wonderful job. That was 2 months ago and not one spot has reappeared which has always happened before.
I think this company will take advantage of anyone and I felt my advanced age had a lot to do with the price SHAME ON THEM

I have used Classic Chem-Dry for many years and always love the results. Recently, I let my carpets go far too long without having them cleaned and feared I had ruined them to the point of needing replacement. I had Classic Chem-Dry out in an attempt to save them and now they look like new! (they even removed my horrible plant stain). I couldn't be happier and will never go that long without having them out again. Thank you Tim and your team, you guys seriously saved my carpets.
