We had a particularly smelly rug from pet stains that we wanted to have treated, and paid extra for the special chemical solution. The odor didn't get completely removed the first time, so they came back and gave it another treatment for free after we brought it to their attention. Great service!

I have used this company for decades and they have always done a wonderful job. When we moved a long time ago I scheduled Van’s Chem Dry to clean the empty house. Paths that were barely visible with furniture, now were glaring! And there were plenty of stains too. The after cleaning inspection was amazing! The carpets looked new again and only took a short time-2 to3 hours-to dry, instead of the all day and night time that the steam cleaners took. In the new house, they are the only ones I’ll use. I have also used the protectant that they offer and it is really worth it, greatly reducing stains

I waited a couple of weeks to review, because with previous carpet cleaning the stains returned like magic. Not with Van's! They did a great job, very professional and on time. I will definitely have them clean my carpets and rugs once a year. Highly recommend.
