I'm new to the area and went in for my first appointment with them. Everyone was so friendly, there really wasn't even a wait, even though I arrived early. It was a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere and my hygienist, Kelly, and Dr. Root were great! Kelly and I had a lot in common which really helped me relax. I don't have dental anxiety but does anyone really ever LIKE going to the dentist or a doctor? I would definitely recommend the office to any who are looking for one, it was a very pleasant experience!

These folks are wonderful! The office gang are all thoughtful, patient and informative. The hygienists are great! (Kathy is a hoot and so calm, gently and thorough!) Though we all miss Dr Bruner, Drs Sneed and Root are fantastic! They have great personalities besides being obviously trained and experienced. My 4 yr-old granddaughter has had no fear getting in the chair for a check and cleaning—that says a lot!
They are also quite willing to work with patients on timing and necessity! These are not capitalists out to make a buck, they truly care and want to take care of their patients.

I give this a four stars instead of five only due to one part of the whole process.
I can say that Brittany and Dr Sneed were great! They explained what they were doing and were very personable.
The reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because the front desk. When I walked in, I greeted them - instead of them greeting me. And when I say them - there was 3 people at the front desk.
I was given papers to fill out, when taking them back up to the counter all 3 ladies were still there - one on the phone and the other two avoiding making eye contact with me. Finally she says “can I help you?” And

Dr. Sneed is the man! He's one of the best dentist and people in Grant County. Bruner Dental is a great place to go. The hygenist, dental assistants, and receptionist are great and so kind. The only negatives I have are: the costs are really high and their office manager is not very flexible or friendly. It is a one stop shop though because they do a variety of procedures including braces but they are pricey.
