Of the 6 rolls we ordered the boom roll was the best. We dined in and they still charge for the sauce. Eel sauce, Sriracha, spicy mayo you won't get them unless you pay extra. That's a first especially since it's not like the sushi is cheap or anything.

I was very impressed with the food here. The sushi and rolls were delicious. The teriyaki salmon and beef were phenomenal. Best I have ever had and cooked to perfection. The fried rice dishes were also some of the best I have had. The tempura was great and so was the ramen. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

We went for their lunch special of all you can eat. Yes all you can eat sushi!!! It was absolutely delicious. My son and I definitely feel we got our money's worth and talked about it most of the way home. I would highly recommend visiting Kumo Sushi.

Good customer service but the rolls fall apart easily. Pretty presentation.
Edit September 2021: Delivery via Doordash was wonderful. Rolls still were not super tight but lots of fish, quality fillings. Highly recommend!

The best variety, quality and priced all you can eat sushi in Rochester. We continue to go back and each time is great. We always seem to only see one waitress that works her tail off!

I tried the all-you-can-eat option. I can, and did, eat a lot. I tried several different dishes, and enjoyed absolutely everything. There wasn't an unpalatable bite on any of the plates I had brought out to me. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, ready with recommendations. I even asked my server to choose a roll for me to try. I will certainly be back, and likely SOON.

Food was basic. No flavor. The "salad" was just lettuce, onion, and some watery dressing.
The chicken vegetable teriyaki was bland.
The waitress was somewhat dismissive when my husband had a question about his food.
Will probably never eat here again.

All you can eat is a bit pricey, but it's worth it if you want to try a lot and will eat a lot. I personally didn't eat anything that wasn't good.

Fantastic quality sushi. they were a little short staffed early tonight but kept up incredibly well. love that our sushi/sashimi are unlimited like they were at ichi tokyo

Waited 30 minutes to be seated. We were told multiple times that it would just be another two minutes. Felt like the staff did not want to serve us. There were servers sitting around doing nothing and made eye contact with us. We were ignored as customers. Very disappointed as we have had good service in the past.
