This is a story of how a SELLER'S AGENT, Patricia Hinkein, become an agent for the BUYERS (without us knowing) and had her office help, Pamela, do MOST of the actual leg work. The photos I've attached are numbered and say it all as they show OUR AGENT walking out of OUR closing with the buyers to their car (all details in last paragraph below) and making Pamela, who had been stuck in the snow at a home next to the one we had just sold of Patty's in Germantown for hours (something Patty shared at closing) with no chance of getting out in the freezing cold winter so she could just chat some more
