We worked with Vince Betts on a recent purchase of a home in Saugerties and I was overall very happy his representation. Vince not only has extensive knowledge of the local market, but he is responsive, kind, and unquestionably honest. We went through several rounds of negotiations with the Seller, and I never felt that Vince was pushing us to accept the deal that was in front of us. He continued to work until we landed on terms that we were happy with. Then, once we were in contract, Vince made sure every piece of the puzzle was in place to ensure we were able to close as quickly as possible.

We are very pleased in the house we settled. It took several months of looking at many houses and different towns. We were so appreciative for the patience, knowledge, professional approach we experienced with Jennifer. She never rushed us into any deals, rather she was very focused on what our wishes and needs were until we found the " right" house for us. So shady, I feel like I fell for a scam. I guess my main complaint is that the realtor at Grist Mill kept the online listing active despite my offer being accepted and going to contract. The seller represented by Grist Mill had their lawyer send my lawyer a contract that I signed. Grist Mill then said they had a better offer. The listing should not have been active at that point. I already signed their contract and already owe money to my lawyer. I do not think Grist Mill followed the rules and I got screwed.
