Wow we are beyond impressed with the work the Edwards' did on our house! Not only did they quote us at half the price of competitors, they were courteous, fast, and professional. Mr. Edwards and his son have been doing this work for a very long time. Mr. Edwards has over 30 years of experience. We interviewed 4 other companies and none come close to Edwards Plumbing. Robert did a great job swapping out a nasty old, stuck on shower valve cartridge. Could've been a disaster, but he finessed the job and saved our family a lot of money. The company itself did a great job responding, scheduling and such. Great experience for us and we will use Edwards if we ever have a need again in the future. Will definitely recommend too. Cheers!

I called this morning about a hose bib that needed to be fixed/replaced in my backyard. They were able to schedule me for an appointment this afternoon. I received a call from Trevor about an hour later, to ask if I was available because he can be at my house in five minutes to do the repair. Trevor was awesome, he fit me in to the schedule way earlier than anticipated and quickly fixed what needed to be fixed. Robert and Trevor are fantastic! They replaced our water heater same day of contacting them last summer. They were on time and did exceptional work. So although we did not use this business I simply had to write about my positive experience. After making several calls to desperately try and find a plumber on a holiday (today, New Years) I called Edward's Plumbing. While I was on the phone with another company, they called me back and mentioned they could have someone out right away. Within a couple of hours, Robert came out and quoted us for an emergency service and was honest about pricing and with that we decided that we would begin service the following day as opposed to the same day. I hired Edwards to plumb my laundry room for a utility sink. This is a project I've been waiting 30 years to start. The existing configuration of studs, plumbing and electrical in that room provided a challenge that can only be described using an "adult vocabulary". Trevor swung for the fence and knocked it out of the park in under 4 hours. After I close up the dry wall, the project will be complete. I am very pleased with the job Trevor did and will use Edwards Plumbing again for future projects.

3 issues:
-Rebuilt toilet and replaced rusted connectors to toilet. They forgot to tighten the tank back to the toilet.
-Replaced reverse osmosis system. Did not tighten faucet attached to the unit so it flopped around. Had to come out again.
-Reverse osmosis system failed after 4 months. Owner forgot appointment to come out to see what happened. I sat around waiting for him and wasted half the day.
Shoddy work, unreliable.

I highly recommend Edwards Plumbing! Super friendly locally family-owned business that was able to solve my under the kitchen sink plumbing problem. Contacted Edwards to come provide us with an estimate to run a new hot water line from laundry room to hot water heater and to rework the pipes that connect to the hot water heater bringing everything back to code. We agreed on a price but when final bill was presented it was more than we agreed upon by an additional $375.
Rather than connecting all new pipes to an old questionable water heater we got a new water heater to connect to. When Robert and his son finished the work they presented us a bill $375 more than was agreed upon.
