I ordered the ribs and they were out (their menu isn't that big to be out of a main menu item). Then ordered a steak which was not cooked well done as I ordered it. The steak was completely bland and flavorless, I have eaten a better steak at Chili's for half the price. I sent it back and ordered the hot wings which were good. The restaurant was freezing cold due to the back doors being continually opened in 20 degree weather. Despite everything the waiter was a good guy trying his best to provide good service. Left him a decent tip because it wasn't his fault but I would never eat there again

Good selection of craft beer and other beverages. Some specials.
We came in with a few specific items in mind. Place was a little dingier than expected. After we had been seated for some minutes, we overheard another table being told there were no ribs, meatloaf, or shepherd's pie. We had to ask our own server to confirm. Major bummer. Things happen, but this was too much of a letdown and we decided to move on. Always a good idea to let your guests know about any 86'd items asap. We were already having a rough night and debated over where to eat before selecting this place; then agonized in deciding

Had a very good pulled pork sandwich with skin on red potato salad. Started with some excellent chicken noodle soup. Wife had red trout (a first for her) that she really enjoyed. Iced tea was fresh brewed, great stuff. Not a bad meal at all. We were there roughly 1500-1600 on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Great place for some good burgers. The elk Shepard's pie was more mashed potatoes than elk but regardless it was a nice place to sit with some good weather. Yak burger was amazing!

Food was average for the most part, but our elk burger was completely scorched. Tasted like ash and smoke. Yak burger was cooked fine. Pricey for what we got.

I had the cheddar bbq bacon burger. The food was fine, but the real pleasure was the bartender's knowledge of the area. She was quite helpful in saving me time Ann's helping me to avoid the tourist traps.

Ya know, from the street side, you'd have zero clue that they have a patio or outdoor seating. We happened to walk past here the day before our visit here and saw the tables outside, so we knew to ask for outdoor seating. Our waiter (Daniel or David? sorry...) was VERY friendly, helpful, attentive and just made us feel welcome.
Okay for the food, this is a great option for stepping away from the traps of chain B.S. This place has so many varied choices that use 'other' meats (yak, bison, trout, elk, boar, etc.). I had a yak burger and it was super yummy. My wife's trout, blackened, was tasty.

Delicious burgers available in beef, yak, elk and bison if I remember correctly. We had a yak and a beef burger, both were great. Fries where crispy but lacking flavor, perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce.
