Excellent little pub, with above average food, and the Top 100 Colorado beers! Enjoy dining inside or in their quiet secluded courtyard. Service is a little slow during peak hours, so be patient. Also the food is made fresh, , probably why it's above average, so it's more like restaurant timing, not fat and greasy bar food.

My husband and I loved our experience here! The owners were so nice, and genuinely care about their customers! We had the brisket nachos, of which my husband raved about numerous times on our trip. We wanted to return to try the beer nog, but unfortunately didn’t have the time. We hope y’all make it back to New Orleans soon! Well DEFINITELY be back to Wapiti!

Great spot in Estes Park! It was hard to decide amongst all the great choices, but you can't go wrong if you have anything with the slow beef in it. We had the Stroganoff and Ooey Gooey slow beef grilled cheese. Both were excellent! Also, don't go away with trying the Pandemic Punch....you will only need one! We'll be back to try all the other goodness we couldn't this time!!!!

We came in on a Sunday afternoon. The place was busy so we had to wait a few minutes for a table to be cleaned off. I ordered the 2 Beer Battered Bacon Tacos. The tacos are pretty big and have a bit of a kick to them from the whiskey fire aioli which is really tasty. The bacon pieces are large too and while the beer battering on them is nicely seasoned and very crispy, the bacon gets a bit lost in all the batter. I could also tell the oil they fry in is very clean because the beer battered bacon was not at all greasy and had absolutely no taste of old oil. My partner had the Ooey Gooey Grilled

Worst place we ate in Colorado during our 10 day roadtrip! Our $20 Elk burger, which was suppose to he so spicy and delicious was served on a super dry bun, with a patty so thin, tiny and overcooked we could barely eat it. It had no sauce on it at all! We got about 10 bottom of the bag, overcooked sweet potatoe fries as a side. The lady next to us ordered the chicken wrap and that was a floppy, half filled tortilla that she said was tasteless as well. Really pathetic! The only good thing was our waitress, Tina, was nice and funny.

We were able to get our party of six seated with ten minutes on a weekday night. There are multiple dining area (pub, dining room, outdoor). We sat in the indoor dining room. Our teen really enjoyed the jalapeno-stuffed pretzel and my "twist on a Cuban sandwich" was pretty good. I think I still enjoy a traditional Cuban, though. The smoked pork was tasty and I was curious if they might have it supplied by the BBQ joint in town, because I didn't see a smoker. Still flavorful, though. Service was a bit slow but they have a decent beer selection from Colorado breweries. We've been here several times

The Yelp page is a little misleading with the photos. We thought there was a cool patio to sit and enjoy some small plates and drinks, but that wasn't really the case. The turf area is an adjacent area that is used for walking pets. The food was okay - not amazing, but not bad either. I ordered the grilled cheese which was okay and the jalapeño stuffed pretzel which was interesting and pretty good. The jelly it comes with was delicious. The was a good selection of beers, but stay away from the quadruple aged in rum barrels unless you hate yourself. The flavor reminded me of everclear. They

I thought that the service was very good; friendly and efficient. We all ordered elk burgers and each of the 6 of us thought that they were way over cooked. Several of us asked for them to be cooked medium, however all came out well done.
The Mac and cheese was very good, the homemade chips were tasty.
Overall it's a nice place, however for the price of the burgers I expected a better experience.

At the recommendation of a shop across the street, we stopped in for lunch after exploring Estes Park all morning. Glad we did. The Apple Whiskey Mule alone made the stop worthwhile.
My mom had the brisket nachos and I the classic nachos with grilled chicken. Both were DELICIOUS. My only complaint is they should have told us each plate would serve two HUNGRY men.

It’s your run of the mill pub/tavern in a tourist district. The ambiance was a bit sparse but it was full of friendly tourist mixed with popular background music creating some vibrant energy. We ordered two different types of stout beer. One was creamy with a frothy head of foam and the other was completely flat. We notified the server and she took care of it by replacing the flat stout with the creamy one as we requested. For the meal, we tried the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich and the beef stroganoff. The food was excellent. Service great! It was like a hole in the wall but nice. They had outside and inside tables. I was there in May so not in full tourist season. They offered alcohol, beer and soft drinks. It is a pub but kids were welcome to eat lunch. I got the pulled pork and my boyfriend a hamburger. They were great.

This is a great bar tucked away in EP. It has the vibe of a fun laid-back pub atmosphere with excellent food. The service was great and both the bartender and our server made sure we got the best drinks suited to our tastes on the menu.
I was genuinely impressed by the salad. It was loaded with good healthy stuff and definitely enough for two meals. I would also strongly encourage you to get the pie.
If you're staying downtown, it's the perfect place to grab a drink and a meal and take it back to your airbnb or dine in and enjoy the atmosphere. Their wild game chili was awesome. We

I came here with my friend and her husband while taking a day trip to Estes Park from Denver. I was overall very satisfied with the service, food and beer selection. I had the fish tacos which needed salt, slightly bland for me but a little salt would've easily fixed that. The sweet potato fries were also really good! I dipped them in honey mustard, so yummy! I was impressed with their beer menu as it definitely lives up to its pub name. Their Russian stout was delicious albeit a bit heavy. I wasn't able to confirm ABV on that one, but it had to be pretty high! Would I come back here

Wapiti was a great post-hike stop for some grub. We got The Ranch Hand Burger with fries and The Colorado Reuben with sweet potato fries. I enjoyed a Pumpkin Toasted Marshmallow Stout beer with my meal and the S.O. enjoyed the Apple Cider Mule (which was made perfect - highly recommend). Proportions were great and the staff followed Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions. Menus were sanitized after use, staff wore masks, and they had a sink + hand sanitizer available for guests to use at any time (besides the bathroom). Receipts offered a QR code for contactless pay. The food was pretty good too

I wanted to try Rocky Mountain Oysters while in Colorado. When I searched Yelp for a place in Estes Park that had them, I found this place.
Covid-19: you can order and pay online. I don't think they offer curbside delivery, but I was able to walk up outside and get my takeout order without going inside the restaurant.

Stood and waited to be seated for a while and finally a young man, Brayden, acknowledged me.
That was a relief and then he seated me n the bar.
No on ever came so I asked the bartender, Avery, if I could order a beer from him. Got it and still no waitress.
Avery came and took my order - rueben and cole slaw - and another draft.. Brayden delivered it and also got me another draft. Food was good. Beers were good.
Avery and Brayden made me feel welcome.

Great service. Good portions. Food was all on point as always. Stroganoff had a lot of flavor. Very good tender beef. Garlic toast was perfect for my tastes. Crispy fries. Juicy Burger.
Our server was just hopping but I'll tell ya this place is always a team effort. Everyone pitches in and helps. Bartender was bringing out food trays. Host was checking everyone throughout and cleaning tables as he went. I love that! I always forget the salad is a bit different. Corn and craisins in it. Then I wonder why I forget. I should be doing this at home. Maybe I forget so I can experience it all over

Absolutely delicious food, knowledgeable staff (family owned spot; the owner's two sons were so personable!) and fun restaurant all around.Not to mention, their covid safety precautions for their establishment were great! After a long hike at the park we where looking for a snack before dinner and found Wapiti.
Had great seating outside so we where able to enjoy this beautiful August weather.
Hubs got a beer and I got a whiskey on the rocks and we also decided on the potato canoes. They where delish! Bri skins the skins but lots of potato/cheese and yummy bacon. Came with sour cream and I would say the best I've had!
Staff was friendly and prices reasonable. We had already had plans (groceries already purchased)to eat dinner at the cabin but was tempting to just stay here! It will be in our list of things
