Do not Rent, Lease, or buy property. They will rip you off at the end of your lease. They will charge everything and never get your down payment. They even charge us some part of the new tenant monthly rent because of their mistakes or they just really a corrupt. Were about to get a lawyer.

I'm looking to move into a larger apartment after living in a small one bedroom since 2010, with the same property management group, Miller and Hinkle. Gustavo, Sylvia and Elizabeth are professional and responsive via texts and emails. Ron, Aaron, Wayne and their staff are very good people which is why I don't want to rent from another company. I'll update my review after the move.

We rented townhome in Cupertino with Miller & Hinkle as soon as we moved to USA from India. Ron & team are very responsive and kind. Its a very positive experience overall.

I really hated this place and people inside they have bad politics inside the property they hold an applicant for 1 month and say sorry at last though u have good credit and income so you have to think thrice to apply in this property this is 100% true

Spiders and drug store beetles flood the property. I found two black widow spiders behind my fridge and all of my stored grains, rices, etc. were infested with drug store beetles. Management never responded to repair requests, and they constantly play "hot potato" when dealing with customers.
Ron Miller spoke to me when moving in and reassured me that they were an honest property management company. However, on move out they overcharged me and when I kindly asked to speak to Ron (the same person who insisted on speaking with me when I moved in), he literally refused to answer the phone. Instead
