We lived at one of the property managed by Posada Group for a year during quarantine. The experience was really good right from the showing. All the covid protocols were followed during the viewing. Daniela was really helpful and responsive whenever we had an issue or maintenance request.

The property we lived in was old but renovated and well maintained. We still kept running into problems with the fridge or the AC or plumbing but we never really had to adjust. Daniela would send her technicians/ plumbers to the property on the same day and kept following up with us and her team until the issues were resolved. She responded to all our questions over text almost immediately.

I rented a property from this company for 4 years and my experience throughout this time was wonderful. The property was well maintained and Daniela was very responsive with anything that came up. Maintenance was sent over promptly and any issues I had were resolved. The move out process was easy and straight forward, I had no concerns whatsoever. I would happily recommend this property management to others.
