He has assisted citizens in Colorado District Court charged with homicide, the Colorado Organized Crime and Control Act, distribution and possession of controlled substances, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, sexual offenses, burglary and assault.Kirk also has significant experience in Colorado County Court representing men and women charged with domestic violence and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Rina is the office manager for the law office of Schwartz & Waible. She joined the practice in the fall of 2010. Prior to working at Schwartz & Waible, Rina was a native of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Business Education with a concentration on Mathematics.

Honestly, I've never had a lawyer make me feel less important to his schedule moreso than Patrick Esser. I didnt agree with my plea deal and wanted to push towards trial and I felt as if Patrick could care less. If anything, he acted like he was on the DA's side. I was a pro bono case but that doesnt mean that my case was any less important than anyone else's. If he treated my case as such, I wouldn't waste my money getting this guy to represent you. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

After my experience speaking with Jeff Schwarts and his colleagues I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for help. I got myself into a poor situation and was not sure if I was in need of an attorney or not. Jeff and Patrick first spoke with my Dad and offered him comfort and advice. Thank you Jeff for all of your hard work on my case! I'm not sure where I would stand with my charges if it wasn't for your help.
