I called their office this morning made an appointment for 11 o'clock, awaited for one and half hour, finally their employee directed me to the room, she wanted to take X-ray from all of my teeth, I told her I'm here to have the doctor cement a crown on my tooth.
I waited for doctor another 45 minutes but she never showed up so finally I walked way from their office.
Be carful don't let them to X-ray all your teeth if you don't need, they will exhaust your insurance and at last you'll pay out of your pocket for treatments.
There's many dentists in Patterson and rounding, definitely I don't recommend

A friend of mine recommended Smile Shine Dental to me and I’m so glad she did. The entire staff was very professional and did a great job at making me and my family feel welcome. Both doctors were very kind and thoroughly explained everything they were going to do. If youre looking for a new Dentist office, I definitely recommend this place. You will walk out satisfied.

My teeth hurt more after she “fixed” them than before I went to her. She wasn’t able to get a crown to fit over the little bit of tooth I had left so I’m not able to eat on the side of my mouth at all or brush it it’s so sore I can’t even brush that side of my mouth ! The other side I can’t eat or drink anything hot or cold it has to be room temp.

Had a bridge done after 1 month I called them and told them it wasn't fitting right I have 2 big gaps on each side they sayd to give it a cupple months for it to get settled I went to a cleaning appointment I told them about it again and now they say I need a new bridge and I will need to pay the $350 again why??? They were supposed to clean my teeth they only polished the top part and expect me to go back I dont recommend this place at all!!

HORRIBLE,,,HORRIBLE... THEY ARE MONEY HUNGER ANIMALS.. SAID I NEEDED A NEW CROWN.. JUST HAD IT DONE 6YEARS AGO AND WENT TO THREE OTHER DENTAL OFFICES AND THEY ALL SAID NO WAY ITS A GOOD CROWN. THAT SMILE SHINE DENTAL IS KNOWN FOR REPLACING GOOD CROWNS EVERY FIVE YEARS BECAUSE THE INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR A NEW ONE EVEN IF YOU DONE NEED IT. ON TOP OF THAT THEY RUSHED ME I MEAN RUSH THE OFFICE MANAGER IS RUDE TO HER STAFF AND TREATS THEM LIKE THEY ARE SLAVES.THEY HAD 8 PEOPLE IN THE WAITING ROOM AND I WAITED 45MIN FOR MY APT.
