I do got to say that the staff is great and friendly. However the time it takes them to get things done is not a good service for paying with insurance, medical, or out of pocket. Thia is the second time I have an appointment and they have me waiting on lobby for more then 30 min. I was explained that dental work can take from 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr. Which if they know that, then they should not be booking so many clients and should give themselves enough time to work and nit have clients waiting on the lobby.
I personally felt like they think we will wait out on the lobby because we need them instead

I don't know where to start with Dr Glorias office. From start to finish the whole office went above and beyond and were all so kind to me. Starting from Yolanda to Jessie to Dr Gloria. I was referred to her from a friend and I came all the way from Turlock. I will never go to another dentist again! They all made me feel so comfortable and that I am in good hands. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this office.

Dr. Villasenior Fass was awesome! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist and haven’t been in years. My teeth have suffered tremendously because of it. The receptionist was wonderful and her male dental assistant was the best! They made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I needed 2 extractions and Dr. Villasenior Fass made sure to give me more medication if I felt any pain. She was so gentle and very patient when she had to stop to numb me up more. I will be seeing her again and I am making my adult daughter an appointment also!

Very small but a very clean Office the atmosphere was good I was the only patient there the guy that took the exrays made me feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing..Dr.Fass Is a very nice woman she took the time to explain everything also and made me feel comfortable as well glad to call them my new dentist. I also like that they take children so me and my whole family can see her now

Dr. Villasenor and her staff are great. She was polite, listened to my concerns, accommodated me with some medical needs, and was able to change the original plan since I had an health issue. She does an excellent job, her work shows her experience, she is gentle and thorough. I’m glad I found her, I don’t like going to dentist but getting my teeth fixed with her I feel calm and confident that I will be provided excellent care.

I usually hate the dentist and face much anxiety before my appointments. I'm the guy that gets maxed out in the numbing shots. I do not face this type of anxiety when I see Dr. Villasenor. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor herself is incredible. My teeth need work and I am embarrassed by them. Her vibe was waaaay more understanding and focused on helping me, rather than making me feel bad about my past dental mistakes. Keep dealing in love Fr. Vilasenor

I have tried other dentists in my area, but it’s not easy to find someone with good experience, affordable, and overall that makes procedures painless. Dr. Villasenor-Fass has all three! She takes time to understand and discuss a treatment plan, her team always has a smile, and overall you can feel Dr. Villasenor-Fass and her team personifies professionalism and empathy for her patients. Highly recommended.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment but the receptionist is very rude, unprofessional and has a ton of attitude like a middle schooler. I didn't know the correct term to schedule the appointment that I needed. She was very rude about it and told me to find somewhere else. I've never had to deal with a medical or dental office with this kind of attitude. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE unless you want to deal with an unprofessional worker.

Very impolite and unprofessional. I arrived 10min early to daughters appointment and the door was locked. I called several times before I left. I figured maybe I'm mistaken the appointment time so I ran some errands stay close by and later received a call stating that my daughter had missed her appointment and let them know that I was there on time early at that and called several times the lady was rude stating that well I didn't leave a message and that they were at lunch and got back a few minutes late. I headed over to the dentist appointment while I was on the phone with them to be placed
