Grace Counseling is a non-denominational Ministry. Dr. Carol Martin is an Ordained Minister providing Christian Counseling with Christian principles. In times where there is much deceit, pain, confusion and worldly attacks, Dr. Martin brings life-changing counsel with the help of the Holy Spirit along with the answers found in scriptures and the power in prayer.

Separation of church and state is a political and legal doctrine that government and religious institutions are to be kept separate and independent from each other. The term most often refers to the combination of two principles: secularity of government and freedom of religious exercise. I am committed to the Lord Jesus Christ and believe that Christian Counseling is in vain unless it is founded upon and directed by the Word of God.
Christian marriage counseling is faith-based counseling focused on God's Biblical teachings. From Adam and Eve in Genesis to the marriage of Christ and the church in Revelation, the Bible's dominant theme is faithfulness in marriage. Throughout the New Testament, Jesus and Paul taught us the way to demonstrate marriage faithfulness here on earth, which prepares us for the eternal marriage to Christ.

In our society today, we live with many stressors, including unemployment at an all-time high. Many are losing their homes, retirement, and investments, as well as baby-boomers caring for their elderly parents. Divorce is evident and single parent families are struggling more than ever. It's no wonder that our whole society is addicted and many are church goers.

I'm a minister of the Gospel and I usually wouldn't post a negative review on someone's business, but I felt compelled to share our experience so believers searching for a Christian counselor would know what to expect from Grace Counseling. My teenaged daughter had one session with Dr. Martin. She wasnt super enthusiastic about the session, but you know how teens can be. So my wife scheduled a second appointment. On the day of the appointment my daughter woke up with a fever and flu symptoms so my wife took her to urgent care for a COVID test. From there she called Dr. Martin to let her know that

I've been seeing Dr. Martin for over six months and have finally been able to make some important changes in my life that I should have made long ago. Her insight is amazing. She is strongly grounded in both the counseling and the theology literature. I didn't need just "a" counselor -- I needed someone who knows Jesus, understands the interdependency of relationships, knows the difficulty of change, and has life experience. She is a perfect fit for me. She is both a wonderful counselor and has become a friend. I've made significant changes and am much happier and more at peace. I highly recommend
