Welcome to Seattle White Tiger Kung Fu currently located just north of Seattle proper in Lynnwood, WA. We are a traditional martial arts school focused on family oriented training for health, longevity and self-defense. Whether you are looking for yourself or numerous members of your family we encourage you to register in our no obligation trial program.
We know that finding out if martial arts are right for you will take more than a phone call. At Seattle White Tiger we follow a long Shaolin tradition of training for the sake of the body and mind. Martial Arts training is ultimately about peace, longevity, and overall health as opposed to merely training to defeat someone in battle.

Kung Fu is often misunderstood and assumed to be a style of martial art. However, it is/was in truth an explanation of hard work being put in by a practitioner in which 'kung' = energy and 'fu' = time. No different than when a person going to the gym says they are going to "work out" without telling you their intentions of lifting weights vs. taking a spin class.
Youth martial arts at Seattle White Tiger Kung Fu focus on giving your child the necessary foundation to make martial arts a healthy habit that can last a lifetime. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention our youth should exercise for one hour (60 minutes) minimum each day. Obese youth are more likely to have risk factors for cardiovascular disease, such as high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
Martial arts is a great way to lose weight, get fit, or to keep yourself fit while working out in a fun and supportive environment. Many of our students walked through the door looking for a way to stay active that offers more than a treadmill at the gym. You will find increased energy levels, better focus, greater inner strength, and a better self image come from your continued training.
From their origin many styles of martial arts taught outside of temples were passed down one Teacher (Laoshi) to one Student (xuesheng). Instructors provided their knowledge to willing students who would give them a room, board, and money for what was considered privileged knowledge. It is in this tradition of teaching one to one that our school sets its foundation.

After what 6-7 years of knowing each other and binding ourselves as brothers in the arts then coming to "your" school You have failed me, your students and most of all failed yourself as a teacher... 🙁
It has taken me 2 years to post this... But needed to be said... I promised not to be vengeful but here i am posting in retribution...
