First Coast Weddings and Events was founded in 2002 with the mission to create stylish, fun, and memorable weddings on Florida's First Coast. We realize that every couple is unique, and every wedding should be too. Our entire team is trained in event logistics, managing vendors and wedding protocol to ensure you receive the most professional service possible.
Most couples have not worked with a professional event planner before, so you may have questions about how it all works. Here's a little snapshot of the process we'll use to create your dream wedding! Initially, we'll schedule a phone chat to discuss your wedding in more detail. We'll start by getting some basics about you and your wedding - the date, the style, the number of guests, and other important details.
Wedding management (sometimes called "day of coordination") allows you to plan everything on your own, but we'll take the reins the month of the wedding so you can relax and have fun! Our team will oversee all the logistics for the wedding day, including timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and orchestrating the wedding day.
Our partial planning package is perfect for couples that would like a little extra help from an expert who will guide them through the planning process. Recommendations for with a minimum of three (3) pre-screened wedding professionals for each wedding-day service needed, based on your budget and style.
Our full-service wedding planning package is perfect for couples that would like help with each facet of the wedding. From selecting the venue to choosing the smallest details, we will guide you through the planning process to make your wedding one of a kind. We will oversee all aspects of the wedding, including selection of wedding professionals, creating a cohesive design, and orchestrating the wedding day.
