Do not use this caterer for a wedding! My daughters wedding was ruin. The appetizers were tiny, server did not go around for all our 90 guests to get the variety of appetizers chosen. The food was horrid, dry chicken, dry pork, beef rare and no sauce. I complaint, they said sorry, nothing was done. Don't waste thousands of dollars, go elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Our family has used Mai Oui! Gourmet for a number of events and expectations are exceeded every time. Everything is perfect, from the planning, responsiveness and attention to detail, all the way through to the day-of coordination, presentation, and of course the food itself. Absolutely delicious every time and a was huge hit for our wedding. Our guests are still talking about the food! We highly recommend Karen for any occasion - an absolute pleasure to work with.

I had no single issue came out during my whole experience when catering with them. Most of my family is Vietnamese and I was worried about the cultural difference for my wedding. But Erica came through it was absolutely amazing how she kept everything on tract and moving. I also receive a small gift for me and my wife at the end of the night Eric is just shows how much she will go outer I wait for you Erica. And if you need another example, we had one unexpected family member apply it two days before the wedding. But Erica still made it work that's how good she is.

I have worked Karen and her staff at Mai Oui for over 15 years and I have never been disappointed in the level of service and quality they provide.. I've used her for professional events at my work place and just recently for my mom's 75th Vegas Style Birthday Party . The service she and her team provide is extraordinary. We didn't have to lift a finger, they took care of all the details along with all of our guest which enabled us to relax and celebrate my mom without any worries. Mai Oui, and specifically Ericka, were absolutely incredible! From the very first meeting/tasting, Ericka was catering to our every need and shaping each menu (cocktail hour, reception, late night) to our very specific requests. They were amazing and accommodating, but most importantly the food was second to none! All of our guests were raving, and we would not hesitate to pick Mai Oui for any and all future catering needs.

We are SOOOO glad we found Mai Oui Catering. The first caterer we did a tasting with was kind of a horrific experience, so we decided to keep looking. We had our tasting with Mai Oui, and were absolutely blown away. The way the plates were prepared, from aesthetics to taste, were complete perfection. We didn’t ask to change a single thing. Ericka went above and beyond my expectations along with her entire team. They were so professional the entire night and I can truly say that ALL of the food was delicious! The appetizers were amazing (although the Mac and cheese balls were such a hit they were gobbled up before we could grab some ha) the tuna tar tar, mozzarella and tomato spoons were phenomenal! Come dinner time we (the bride and groom) were served first and if I wasn’t so excited about seeing all of my family and friends I would have asked for a second plate...the chicken was cooked to perfection, the salad had the most delicious

Mai Oui catered my daughters wedding at the Pena Peck house in St. Augustine. All communication with Karen was prompt, professional and friendly! All
Of the food was well prepared, delicious and the presentation was perfect. Our guests commented on how much they enjoyed dinner and even the kid selections were enjoyed by our little ones. I would work with Karen again and again! Great experience!
Oh and as a special touch, the bride and groom were provided with a picnic basket that included 2 full dinners, snacks, wine and 2 glasses - such a nice touch which they appreciated greatly! Simply awesome

We had to book a caterer last minute for our wedding and MAI Oui knocked it out of the park. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Throughout the wedding they were over the top accommodating in ways we didn't even expect. With almost 100 guests, I have only heard raving reviews about the food. Multiple times throughout the night, guests kept coming to us to tell us how amazing the food was. Beyond the expectations we had, the small touches made us love them even more. A spread of apps were left for just the two of us in my dressing area so we could sneak away for a bite uninterrupted
