The New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) can suspend your driver's license for certain serious motor vehicle offenses such as DUI/DWI. If you are over 21, you can also lose your license for accumulating 12 or more demerit points within one year. Drivers under 21 face suspension for even fewer points.
