All Service Heating & Air is a great local and reputable service. Our technician Josh has been servicing our unit for several years. He recently came out to perform some maintenance as the unit was struggling to cool during he hot Texas summer. Josh was professional, timely and courteous and took time to explain the issue and things I can do to keep the system running efficiently. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Plano and surrounding areas. Thank you again for a great customer experience!

My entire experience with Josh McGill and his company could be described in one word - OUTSTANDING!
When Josh first arrived at my place he immediately spotted a problem that had been created by a previous technician which had pretty much put my 9-year-old AC unit out of action. After that, he sat with me and gave me a detailed explanation as to what he would be doing if he got the job of replacing my AC unit with a new one. He then gave me a very competitive price after some negotiation and was able to give me an installation date within a couple of days.
His people (Ismael, Noah and Oskar) showed

This was the first time that All-Service performed a maintenance check on my A/C unit.
This company seems to be managed well, making things like scheduling, invoicing, payment etc. very easy on the customer.
Brandon, the technician, was knowledgable, professional, courteous, thorough and very helpful!
