Steve and his crew are terrific. I had used Hesse Air and Heat some time ago under my home warranty. He did such a great job (which is unusual with many of these companies that provide service with home warranties) that when I next needed service, I'd just call Steve's company directly. He showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem and had his crew here in a couple of hours and fixed my AC. No mess, no fuss! What a great job. Use Hesse, you won't regret it.

Used Steve for a couple reasons. I have lived in Garland for over 15 years and try to use local business in Garland to support local economy. Found Hesse Air Conditioning and Heating, gave him a call and he showed up early, troubleshot my issue, and let me know the system has had lots of work over time. I couldn't afford a new system yet, so he got it fixed for me quickly and will send me a quote for a new system for when I can afford one. Zero pressure to make a sale, which I loved. I called Hesse after talking to another company that was clearly trying to up sell us. We called b/c we had a musty smell in our house at times when a/c was on. Steven Hesse came out, checked both systems and was very honest in telling us that we did not need anything replaced and the only thing we could try was to add an air scrubber to both systems. They have taken care of the issue and saved us literally THOUSANDS of dollars! I highly recommend Hesse, I will continue using them and will recommend to friends and family.

Our AC went out this weekend and we called on Sunday afternoon to have someone come out. Steve got us in this morning at 9am, he arrived on time and was incredibly professional and courteous! He was able to quickly resolve our issue and get us up and running again in no time! Our system is very old and will need to be replace soon so we asked him for an estimate to replace both outside units, and he quickly gave us an amazing price for two top of the line units that will work well for our home. Steve has earned mall of my future business, and I look forward to recommending him to everyone I know

When we needed a new AC unit, wE called several places. Steve answered his phone, and provided a lot of great info to start. When he looked at our existing units, he gave us several options including costs. When we selected new units, he took care of all the details, personally supervised the installs, and did a great job. After the install he followed up with additional info, and proactively called at the end of the summer to check in and make sure the transition from cooling to heating went well. Steve Hesse should be your go to AC technician. To my absolute surprise, the work done by Steve was very ethical, excellent, and profesional. He was able to give me all of the different options given my AC situation with the risk and uncertainty associated with each and everyone of them.
