Services
We aggressively seek to find quality construction lending opportunities. Construction financing is more difficult, risky, and time consuming than permanent financing. Our construction program is designed to improve these factors for all involved. On a case by case basis we provide equity investment for both construction and permanent loans.
We are happy to work with brokers. We suggest that every broker obtain a written fee agreement from their client which we will then uphold. Yes, we do. The amount will vary depending on loan size. The commitment fee is refundable per the terms of the commitment letter and is usually credited against our loan fee at closing.
