Chukwuma "Chuma" Ekwueme fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur when he founded SURE Mechanical. A certified minority-owned (MBE) mechanical firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. SURE Mechanical provides HVAC/Mechanical design, fabrication and installation services for educational, government and private organizations.

This diverse group of talented journeymen pipe fitters and sheet metal (duct) installers enables SURE Mechanical to provide quality talent on our jobsites, mentor our apprentices, provide management, and leadership on our projects.

I worked for this company to be exact for 3 months and 3 weeks in my time working here i was treated horribly! Any time i had a question are a problem about something i was pushed to the side. Which forced me to hinder my learning and make me not wanna ask questions.I came to work everyday ready to give my all but being on a team we’re people don’t care about your passion for the trade or don’t believe In your work simply did not work for me. I felt as if my reputation was already made before i could even make it based on a previous employee working there having my same name. They promised

Fantastic Company with great management. If I had to pick one of the many good things about Sure Mechanical I would say that the culture is one of their greatest asset. I can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. Sure Mechanical feels like one big family providing exceptional service!
