Watson came highly recommended from our neighbors and lived up to the praise! We had insufficient/broken supply and returns in our home and several rooms were uncomfortable temperatures throughout the year. We received quotes from multiple companies prior to going with Watson. Watson had the most well thought out, affordable, honest and conservative solution. They adjusted their plan based on our needs and requests, provided a quote quickly, scheduled the work (very) quickly and communicated effectively with us through the entire process. Watson Heating and Cooling Never disappoints. I called Mike for an issue with a furnace in a rental property. He was able to stop by that day later in the afternoon to assess the problem. He found the bottom door latch on furnace was not latched, which caused the safety switch to not be closed, causing the furnace not to operate. Since it is getting warm, Mike started up of AC system and made sure the Freon levels are set, and cycled the AC system in preparation for warmer weather. He also suggested that the air filter be replaced, so I placed my order for that online today. Watson Heating and
