We offer a variety of payment options for our clients. We accept all major credit cards, VISA, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. We can also accept cash, but unfortunately we do not accept checks. In order to keep our pricing as low as possible for our clients, payment is due at the time of service.
We believe that preventative care is the key to keeping your pet healthy and to minimize the lifetime cost of care. Our doctors recommend that your pet receives an annual physical exam to help prevent any sudden illnesses, and to create a baseline for their individual bodies and needs. Regular check ups can also help your pet become more familiar with our clinic, and hopefully minimize any stress for future visits.
PetCare Veterinary Clinic provides you with a full library of pet medical information from the Veterinary Information Network. VIN is the world's first and largest online veterinary community, where new articles are added weekly by the experts at VIN to make sure that our readers have the most current veterinary information available.
In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor, so please allow 24-48 hours for refills.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic since 2000. Dr. McRoberts & her staff go the extra mile. They came in on New Year's Eve, their day off & helped our Pug. I am forever grateful for their commitment & sacrifice to help her. Any pet owner can feel confident knowing they will treat you and your pets with love and kindness.

Overall they have taken great care of my 4 pups. We can all spend a lot in the last days of our best friend. I just wish theyd grt more to the point than multiple multiple tests. $$
Then on my most recent visit i felt uncomfortable and pressured. I probably wont come back after these checkups.
I dont believe every dog needs fixed. I have beautiful pups. Yet they guilt trip you into trying to fix your pup. Like your “just uneducated.”
I dont appreciate the guilt trip nor the TWO informational packets on why i should fix my pup. With one on the front cover of my informational packet. Geez

I had an appointment today with my dog Harley and I absolutely loved this clinic! My dog gets very nervous going to the vet and I was nervous about his behavior as well. From the moment the vet assistant came out, she showed nothing but patience and love to my dog! It was clear he was a nervous guy, but she took her time getting to know my dog more in the exam room. Giving him treats, laying on the floor with him and playing with him! The same happened when the vet came into the room. She sat on the floor with him, gave him treats and he got so comfortable with them! I explained probably too much

Very nice. My cat was sick due to stress from owner taking a vacation while the cat was baby Sat by a neighbor. In this process the cat became severely constipated. A huge Siamese named Harley that the vet saved his life! They were able to slowly get his digestive system flowing again, took over six hours. Prices were incredibly reasonable especially for the work. Now no vacations and a month later kitty is on a diet recommended by the vet and lost over 4 pounds in fecal material. Harley is now happy having regular movements due to the instruction and advice given by the vet and my 20 year old

They have a very unfriendly staff at the counter and on my way home I discovered they neglected to take off the catheter where they draw blood. So I have to drive back and forth. 5 stars are overrated for this emergency clinic in my opinion until you encountered one of their flaws. I don't recommend this emergency pet clinic but if you don't have any other choice just do it for the sake of your family furr. Thank you for reading.

First time (03/03/2021) using this clinic and staff, was highly impressed. We're dog owners for 60+ years but had a feral cat adopt us the last two-years. She was scared and never been in a carrier or around anyone but us two. Anyway the staff and vet were very compassionate and made her trip somewhat easy. Very nice business to deal with compared to our previous vet across town,
