I had a bad experience here. I went to get my teeth cleaned in August, all was good until I go to check out. My insurance covers the costs of my teeth cleanings at 100%! They still proceeded to make me pay $48.65 until the insurance “approved it”. I told them I’ve never had to pay or had someone tell me that I had to wait until the insurance company “approved it” to get my money back. The girl at the front desk just responded “yeah insurance is difficult.”
