Dunn Realty At Panama City

I applied for a apartment that was already rented out. I was informed I would get my money back via money order and gave my current address since she was unaware it was already rented. I have sent several emails regarding this matter. Nobody has answered my emails nor calls. I would like my money back.

Mrs. Dunn is over property management. She is our landlord. She has proven time and time again that the renter means nothing to her. The air conditioner died in the middle of the summer and we were without ac for over a week. When I asked for a break on that month's rent, she actually said that if her air conditioner went out at her house that she wouldn't get any breaks so why should you!
That really happened. Beware of this lady.
Update!!!!!!! 3 days after posting this we were told when our lease is up in March that they were not offering us another lease because "the owners wanted to take

POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE: Let me start by saying I gave two stars because the price of my rental was reasonable and the staff was very nice, if not for that then I would have left one star.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
The owner (Deta) was very unprofessional in our dealings and anytime I had a maintenance issue it took longer than it should have to get a resolution (see below):
gate latch broken (1 month)
washing machine (2.5 weeks)
sink leak (2 weeks)
without water (3-5 days)
Aside from that, pest control was included in my rent but never once did pest control actually come. I asked

Pros:
-Reasonable Lease Cost with few fees
-Military friendly
-Well-intentioned employees (Nicole) at the PCB office
Cons:
-Very slow maintenance response time. There's only one maintenance worker
-It took 3-4 months to get a ceiling fan fixed, (And other items which were broken when I moved in)
-I was issued only one key... Took 2 months to get a letter from Dunn Realty (Allowing duplication)
-Slightly Unprofessional & Inexperienced "First year out of High School" vibes from the staff at Dunn Realty

Editing my review as I added this review the day I got my keys, and I'm now on my third lease. I still rate Dunn Realty 5 stars. We have had quite a few maintenance issues being that our rental is an older building, and they have done everything in their power to keep us comfortable, including replacing the whole HVAC unit. We have had the same neighbor the whole time in our duplex and have become great friends as she is happy in her rental as well. The owners wife painted our building herself after the hurricane and she is a wonderful lady and our building looks

I went in to get some rental information in the ladies were very helpful. Hoping to rent something with them very soon.

I lived in apartments on 10th Street for 2 years. After the hurricane came the landlord charged me while I didn't live there. They also never fixed the damages to the apartment the contractors use my electricity there was mold and the ceiling was leaking everywhere I also had a sign on my door saying that I needed to have minimal exposure to my apartment. This was from October 2018 until June 2019. The landlord charge me full price, the contractors cut my internet cord twice which I had to pay to get it reinstalled. They used my electricity from the outside of my apartment. The company never paid

They are the absolute worst. I see they're now charging $950 for an apartment I lived in for 2 years and paid $500. And that was even too high. After we were forced, by Deta Dunn, to move, she refused to return our deposit and did not follow Florida statute in regards to this issue. Our A/C unit didn't cool the small 500 sq foot apartment properly and they refused to fix it. Thank goodness we no longer have to deal with these charlatans.

I've had mold growing in my unit for months and have put in work orders multiple times and the reality staff reply with I guess I'll just have to keep putting in work orders until they get to it.. very poor professionalism.
