Meeting with a therapist is not something I ever wanted to do. It took a long time for me to work myself up to making that first call and now I wish I had done it so much sooner. Blair has been amazing helping me work through some things I have been struggling with for years. Even my family has commented that since I started going to see her, I have just been a happier person. If you are looking for a therapist who will help you grow and become a better version of yourself, she is definitely worth calling.

I live out of state and my daughter started VCU last year. She was seeing a counselor here in New York and would definitely need someone when she was at school. Blair came highly recommended as a great therapist and I (but mostly my daughter) couldn't have been happier!!! She is now home for the summer but looking forward to getting back to Richmond in August to start seeing Blair again!!
