Burnsville Tire used to be the only place I took my car, when Adam Smith owned it. Now I wouldn't have a bicycle tire put on there. 1st strike was when I needed a tow from Iuka to Burnsville during business hours. They wanted to charge 120 for a 6 mile toe. Got Watson to do it for 50. 2nd strike was when I needed an outer tie rod replaced, they… told me it would take 2 weeks. Timbes Tire had it done I'm less than a day. 3rd strike was when I hit a pothole and bust the sidewall on a set I had bought there 9 months ago. When I bought the set I was told I had a 65k mile warranty and 2 years

I like this place. Good people who treat you well. This is where I do most of my vehicle maintenance. They're quick, friendly, and honest folks.
They mostly work first come, first serve. Never been turned away because they couldn't fit me in. One time they didn't have anyone on staff who could do what my car needed but they recommended someone who could.

Had a blowout on our jeep. Had two tires put on. Got in my vehicle to leave and the tire pressure monitor on one of the tires wasn’t showing any air pressure. I figured it would reset so I left. Got home and it still hadn’t reset. I noticed the valve stem cap on that tire was different from all the other ones which made me realize that the valve… stem was just a regular valve stem and not the one that the tpms screws in to. so I called back up there and they said that they didn’t mess with the valve stem or the tpms sensor. Found out after taking it to another shop that

I was greeted by the owner, and cashed out by his son (I think) and was soooo grateful to find an honest mechanic.
My car needed an oil change and the AC charged, and I wanted to find a place en route between Huntsville and Memphis.
It was such a pleasure to find a business with that much courtesy, honesty and integrity. I have an old '96 pickup that I now want to take over there to have a few things done. I'm going to figure out how to do that. They're that good.

It is very hard to put in words how grateful I am for these people. I wasn't in any crisis, but I was driving a '99 Accord to Memphis to take to my sister. I had cleaned it up, fixed it up, but knew I needed to get an oil change on the way from Huntsville to Memphis, so I kept my eyes peeled along the way. About Athens, I noticed the air wasn't keeping up with the morning temp, so I guessed, the car had sat long enough for 18 months to lose its charge.
When I pulled in, this business looked capable. As I walked up to the counter, the owner got up from his office and greeted me and it was refreshing

Went to Adams for years : good service no problem, first time there back in summer with the new owners to get front end aligned n one tire balanced got home walked around my truck, first thing I see is the hubcap busted on the only wheel I had balanced. So I called n told them right then, they said they would check with guy who balanced it. He said it was already cracked , but I was looking the wheel n tire over when I told them to balance it no cracks then, still haven’t got new center cap!!!
