1ST OFF, THEY NEED TO FIX THE GIGANTIC POT HOLES THEY'VE "BEEN" HAVING IN THE DRIVEWAY UPON ENTERING THE SHOP!! YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED A NEW RIM IF YOU'RE NOT CAREFUL🤨 2nd: Good services but they could speed up the pace a bit. Had four tires put on and it took over an hr and there were 2 guys working on it😒 and I watched as one of the guys took his time slow dragging as if he didn't want to do it or just lazy, and he seemed to have an attitude! You can pretty much tell when the people working there are either related or friend of the family because that's just the attitude some of the workers

Highly recommend! We were traveling through & had a flat tire...this was the only place we found near us that was open. First, it had been snowing all week so there was snow & ice everywhere & we got stuck on the hill headed to the shop. We gave the shop a call....they not only came & got us off the hill safely (we had two small kids in the back as well), but they also drove us around a different way to get there. Once there, they were efficient & very friendly. Came time to pay & they didn't even try to charge for coming to get us off the hill & driving us around

If you go here take a packed lunch and a pillow your gonna be there for a long while. Whether you want your tires rotated or changed, doesn't matter if you are 2nd on line or 5th its gonna be a very long wait,( 3-5 hours). While the used tires we receive were pretty good, they were not worth 3 hours of my time after we were told a wait time of 45 minutes. Sorry folks my time is valuable and I will Not use this place again.

I’ve always taken my car here since I’ve moved to Booneville.. But they helped me in a big way Last year around this time with my CREDIT.. I needed brakes and rotors, oil change. I couldn’t afford it and was going through a tough patch. They offered me a credit line through ACIMA credit. Took like 10 minutes to get approved.. you can use it 90 days… same as cash. Of course I accepted the credit and got my car repaired.. after the first 2 months, I seen a jump in my credit score.. so I figured if I let it continue to come out of my account it’ll continue to build my

Always been a fan of east side tires, but they let me down today. Came to buy a used tire , told em what I needed, they did the paperwork, and the wait begins. Now, two different customers pull up after me, one getting couple tires swapped over, one getting a used tire like me. They got them right in there and I’m still waiting. Guess I’ll go, don’t feel like my business counts ! Very disappointing !
