We listed with Kelin Ashley at Parker Quigley because the group had a solid grasp of the market around Lake Hartwell. Our home was very well maintained, on excellent water, easy access to I85, and a simple drive to Atlanta... an ideal place for someone living in Atlanta to have a weekend home on the lake.
Being prudent we asked for a second opinion on the value of our place. The second agent came in more than $100,000 lower. I think this was because she was not familiar with the value of lake property, and certainly did not account for the many unique points that made our property valuable to
