Friendly and professional staff. Dr.Patel is very informative and does great work. Had a tooth extracted and had deep cleaning which was painless. I've always had a fear of going to the dentist but this office made me comfortable with going. I appreciate all that these people have done for me and I would recommend them to anyone!

Every visit I feel at ease. Drs. Rajul and Dhanya are easily experts and thorough in any visit. Dr. Dhanya and Pallavi are very polite and take care to ask about the family. Ive had teeth cleaning, x-rays, and referral visits - they work well with finding my insurance and taking care of the paperwork. Ive had visits when I was pregnant, and they made me feel comfortable so I had no worries. Its a nice thing to see them every 6 months ☺️ I saw them during the height of covid and felt very safe with their protocol and their seriousness. They continue to be considerate of everyone&rsquo

My last visit what is a challenging one. Going through pain from a surgery of last year, I'm still recovering with a lot of pain as well. My dental procedure was somewhat pleasant and was only interrupted by my sounds of pain but my right leg. My only concerns where scaring the staff and other patients from the racket I was making. Aside from that, these are the most professional, concerned and dedicated people I've had the pleasure of caring for me.

Fullerton Dental art is an amazing dental office! Dr. Patel is truly knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. He takes the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. All office staff were extremely kindhearted and friendly. They also take extra measures to follow COVID protocol and ensure patient safety. I will definitely be returning!

First time here and they really took the time to explain my options. I’m between having my remaining teeth pulled and going to full on dentures or trying my luck again with a partial. I’ve had two partials in the past and hate both as I can’t stand something on the roof of my mouth. No pressure to make a decision as they know this needs to sink in and it’s not an easy thing to do. They have also set me up to have a consult to determine if I’m a candidate for the removable dentures that attach to implants. They did a good teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment as well. Let me start off by saying I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist as I haven't had very many pleasant experiences in the past. With that being said, the hospitality and knowledge that was shown at Fullerton Dental Art exceeded my expectation by far.
With COVID going on they are going above and beyond to ensure that their clients are well taken care of and the facility is clean and ready for use. I had to call the facility before entering to ensure their weren't other patients inside, they screen you and take your temperature, and the staff all wear masks.

It was our 3-year-old daughter's first-time visit. The doctor and staff were extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. They made our daughter feel at ease as she was walked through what was being done to her at her check-up. She had a great time and even asked if she could go back to the dentist.
I appreciate the precautions they took during this pandemic and made us feel safe and comfortable. I also appreciate that they allowed for us to take pictures as our daughter was getting her teeth cleaned! It's memories that we can look back on and cherish. Thank you!

I just visited this office. I was amazed how friendly the staff was. They meticulously observed Covid-19 guidelines which made my visit more comfortable. Dr. Rajul and staff were thorough in going through the exam process and took their time to explain every procedure. The office is very clean and comfortable from patient’s point of view. I am glad to have found a great dentist in my backyard in Fullerton.

Really caring and wonderful staff. The only service they upsell is the importance of flossing at home. I've gone to dentists since I was 3 and this is the first time I've taken the time to remember the names of the staff. Every time I come here, I have had a pleasant experience. Everyone is nice and friendly and accommodating. They even schedule your appointment at once if it is an urgent issue. The doctors are very experienced and professional. I have had fillings done and it was done very quickly and efficiently. They even follow up a few days later to make sure that everything is going smoothly and if for some reasons the fillings need adjustment, the appointment is scheduled at once to take care of it.
They even send you multiple reminders about the appointment. It is very difficult to find such a great customer

Recently moved back from out of state after a few years - reached out because of changes with employment but needed to do some basic cleaning. They contacted my insurance and took care of everything. Moved my appointment to ensure least out of pocket cost!

The staff here is awesome! Super friendly and treats me like family. Very flexible with their hours to accommodate my schedule. Always up front about everything and doesn't pressure me to do anything without having all the info I need to make a decision. My dentist for years now and I'll always make sure my dental insurance includes this place!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years due to a traumatic experience. The entire staff in this office was kind and empathetic, and literally held my hand every time I was scared. I really didn’t need to be scared-the dentist was professional and did a wonderful job. And although I am still nervous about going to the dentist, by the second visit I was no longer scared. I will gladly recommend this office to family and friends!

Im very disappointed, by my experience
I went in for a cleaning, before i moved states.
Granted, I hate flossing, and I haven't been to the dentist for a couple years. But my teeth don't hurt.
I was shocked and deeply upset when the dentist said I need to see a specialist for 3 possible root canals , even though my teeth don't hurt.
I went to a another dentist for a second opinion.
He said that definitely have a deep cavity, on one tooth, close to the nerve, but the nerve doesn't have any infection/inflammation and it could be treated without a root canal.
He says

Dr Patel and his staff are amazing! Compassionate and patient, they are perfect for those of us that have any kind of phobia about dentistry. I have been through many dentists in my past after little dental care as a child, never really comfortable with them. Of course, by avoiding the dentist I needed one eventually and now have had some major work completed by Dr. Patel and it was the most comfortable I've ever been in a dentist's chair. I almost fell asleep during the last procedure, which is saying a lot! Go see them, you won't be disappointed.

Fullerton Dental Art is definitely the best dental practice to visit in the area. The staff is quite friendly and doesn't try to rush you in and out like other dental offices. Right when you walk in you are greeted warmly by the office manager Pallavi and she takes her time to get to know you and help you with what you need and treat you right and not just another patient.
Dr Patel and his dental staff are also quite amazing, patient and thorough with their work. Dr Patel is a gentle dentist that takes his time when cleaning and checking your teeth and explains what he is doing and why

So another place that I don't normally bother to write a review on are Dentists. Why? Simply because what is there to write about but usually negative feedbacks. Well, when I met Pallavi, Norma and Dr. Patel today, it's a whole different story.

I have been seeing Dr Patel at Fullerton Dental for a couple years. They have a state of the art facility and do excellent work. He always explains his assessment and outlines the various options for any necessary treatment as opposed to telling you what "needs" to be done. His wife and the rest of the staff are great as well, definitely recommend them.

I visited Fullerton Dental Art after finding their information on my Insurance Company's website. I also visited Yelp. I emailed the dentist asking if they were accepting new patients & provided them with my personal & insurance info in the initial email. I brushed it off when asked two more times for my Insurance info, which I repeatedly responded with.
Upon arrival the woman at the front desk appeared friendly (I believe she is the dentist's wife). She shook my hand, introduced herself & I gave her my pre-printed new patient forms that I filled out

I am someone who dreads going to the dentist but Dr. Patel and his staff put me at ease. After my cleaning he showed me detailed pictures of my teeth and carefully explained where I needed a crown and why. I'm happy to have found my dentist and as the ultimate show of trust I booked an appointment for my wife. 5 stars, wish I had six to give.

Dr. Patel is fabulous! I know everyone does not like going to the dentist, but I truly look forward to going to mine. Dr. Patel and his staff are very sweet and always professional. Even though I go in for my check-up every six months, they always greet me with a welcoming smile as if they just saw be the day before. Dr. Patel has been a general dentist for 16 years and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to your healthy teeth and gums. He is always making sure I am comfortable before he starts working on me. Thank you Dr. Patel for being gentle with my gums, it really makes a difference.
