Our territory covers Houston, Cypress, Spring, the Woodlands, and other surrounding areas. Generally inspections need to be during daylight hours when possible, so we are able to begin as early at 6:30 in the morning and until the sun goes down. We are a family operated business born and raised in Houston. We call ourselves "Fast" - but don't let that fool you, we are very thorough and follow the Texas Standards of Practice. Our report will be delivered to you in full color attached to an email, or delivered postal.
Services
Infrared Assistance is a great add-on tool during inspections. It's not a magic catch-all camera, but more of an assistant to verify hot spots, cold spots, and possibly water leaking. In this picture you will notice the temperature of the a/c air from the vent is 59.3 Fahrenheit and makes it obvious the direction the air is flowing.

Terry did a FANTASTIC job. He was very thorough with his inspection, including doing an inspection of the roof that identified a small, but important piece of flashing missing that is the likely cause of a leak we are seeing in the home. He also took the time to do a walkthrough with me to show me features of the house the seller did not point out and maintenance tasks that he recommends for good longevity of the home. He was also timely and flexible. Highly recommended.

Mr. Terry took very good care of us. He took his time on the inspection and loved the fact he actually wanted us, the home buyers, to be there with him through out the process to find and physically show us the damages around the house together. I will definitely use him again for future home purchases and will be recommending Mr. Terry and his services to friends and family.

Wow very impressed with the inspections!! He inspected every single light switch, wall plugs and everything else you wouldn't even think to check. Because of his well detail inspection, we got the homeowners to fix all the items they weren't even aware of. Highly recommended he is an example of attention to detail.
