BEST Dental Office I have ever experienced. Friendly, courteous, fun to talk to and Dr Mathews and all the Staff work very well together.
I have always felt pain when going to the Dentist so I always made excuses not to go. Now I have reasons to go and look forward to my next visit.

Beware of the estimates! As fixed income retirees, estimates are important in making our budget. We received a printed estimate for my wife's dental work to be $388. She got the exact work done that was on the estimate. The bill for the work was $799.50! The answer on why the difference was $411.50 was that estimates may or may not be the amount to be paid. We paid the entire bill so there is no balance left, but are warning anyone considering using this dentist that our actual amount that we paid was substantially over the estimate. While the dentist did a good job, beware of what the final cost

Had a tooth break off. They couldn’t get me in after waiting over a month. They had me come to Springfield office got the roots out now I’ve waited another month got a bone working out of my gums had a appointment for July 13 they called on July 12 and canceled till in August. I even told them I had a bone working out. Don’t care about their patients.

Be careful as all they wanted to do was sell me a 2 thousand (2000) dollar cleaning but yet no other dentist thinks I need it. They were very pleasant to get me in there and quick to want to set up an appointment for their special cleaning and then advised me that I need to redone a root canal due to tooth decay under the cap. But they do give you a large cup and a coupon to the coffee shop next to them. I felt like a dog in a puppy mill just be pushed through to collect funds. Your choice but I am sorry I ever went there. If you like a place that treats you like a number and money tree then this

Very friendly, couteous and professional dental office and personal care. I highly recommend them. on a couple if occasions i had need for urgent care and Dr. Dorman responded very quickly during late night dental issues. I have since become a regular patient there for semi-annual maintence cleaning, 20 years and counting. God bless.

I got a crown on one of my upper teeth and the whole procedure was done in a couple of hours. They made the crown in their office while I was there. Dentist, Dr. Magers, did a great job. Procedure was painless (including the numbing shots), and results superb. I highly recommend Dr. Magers and his staff.

I took my youngest to our new dentist for a regular appointment after we switched from Ascend Dental Design a couple months ago. First was to fill deep cavity that dentist at Ascend apparently missed. Did new x-rays at the regular appointment. Show 12 cavities. These are all either new from the last appointment at Ascend Dental Design last fall or were somehow missed by the dentist there. Have read lots of stellar reviews about Ascend so not sure if our experience is an outlier or not. I am looking at a $1,200 bill for six cavities before insurance. I wish Ascend had been more attuned to my daughter
