We've taken great care to make Capstone Family Dentistry a comfortable and welcoming dental home for every member of your family. We understand that everyone has their own unique needs for dental care and communication, so we always take the time to get to know you, thoroughly explain your treatment options, and empower you to make wise decisions for your oral health.
Dr. Sherman believes that most serious dental problems can be avoided with routine cleanings and proper home care. He emphasizes thorough preventive care at Capstone Family Dentistry, because it enables him to diagnose problems early and implement the most conservative treatment plan possible. Preventive care will also save you a great deal of time and money on future dental treatment, which is really something to smile about!
Dr. Sherman was born and raised in Nebraska. He spent 13 years serving in the Air Force with tours in the Gulf War and Korea. After earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Dr. Sherman went on to attain his DDS degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
We utilize the latest technology in all areas of our practice, whether it's improving our diagnostic capabilities or making treatments faster and more effective for our patients. With all of the recent advancements in the dental field, we believe it's our responsibility to our patients to stay up-to-date on treatments and technologies that can help us provide the most exceptional dental care possible.

Great Dentist -Great Staff . Very professional, they all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything that was going on. I’ve had some very bad experiences at the dentist office in other places we have lived, I have been to Capstone twice and both times were great! Thanks to all of you so much!

I worked for Dr. Sherman for a few years, so I can confidently say that you can always expect to receive great care here. I relocated due to my husband’s job, but I still drive the 8 hour round trip for my dental care. Dr. Sherman is ethical and compassionate about dentistry. He always puts the patient first and goes above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable. I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to work for him and to still receive great dental care here.

Love Capstone!! I've been taking my son here for a few years now, and they have done a great job with his dental care! The staff is kind and make both he and I feel welcome. The dental assistants are so nice and caring! And they are great at reminding us of upcoming appointments. Thanks so much for taking such great care of my son's needs!
