We stay involved with our clients even after we have closed in hopes of them being a repeat client or that they will refer us. The Newman Family has been intimately involved in the land business in North Texas since 1841, when they first settled in what is now Frisco in the Republic of Texas. Over six generations of the family have lived and worked in Frisco farming and developing the land. Five generations have attended the Frisco Independent School District.
The Newman family is proud that their land, the last family farm in Frisco, will be called home for future generations. Newman Village was a family dream for years; their vision was to create a walkable, vibrant neighborhood with a commitment to authentic architecture, diverse streetscapes, the arts, dedicated green spaces and a thriving community.
