This man has some of best negotiation skills I have ever met, and he doesn’t let up! I was trying to get my house sold in due time without having it costing me thousands in closing costs (you can only imagine how that can be) and I wanted to sell my house with some good profits. He had my house priced competitively so that when the bids started… coming in there was a bit of a war going on. It really impressive to see! He was able to sell it to someone who was willing to do anything to get their hands on my house, and had them split closing costs, yes! I couldn’t be happier!

With the housing market the way it was I was nervous to try and list my house again this time around. My last agent was awful, she never really talked to me, there was no interest, and my house sat on the market for almost a year without any luck. I contacted several realtors asking for help to get a CMA for tax purposes, and Terry is the first one who replied. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have yet to hear from several other realtors I contacted at the same time I contacted Terry. Within a day, Terry provided me more information than I asked for, and didn't charge me for these services. I would definitely recommend Terry to anybody looking for a good realtor.
