I have been working in the insurance industry since 2006 and am proud to follow in my grandfather's footsteps as he was a dedicated State Farm Agent for 54 years.

Called in to ask a question about my bill and had the best customer service experience. Ended up being able to get a life insurance policy that I’ve been thinking about getting but didn’t think I could afford and in end the end still saved money. I highly recommend this office. Although I had been with my previous insurance company for over 30 years, I was ongoingly disappointed with the lack of service and unanswered questions.
I have quite the opposite at State Farm with my current insurance agent Darby Christopher, who is professional, eager to assist me with technological challenges and clearly explains my policy and the benefits I am getting. Darby has made herself available to answer any questions I have and has assisted me in making the best decisions regarding my future insurance needs. I Just wanted to write up a review regarding Julie Clark and all the help she has always provided each and every time I call with questions or concerns. Julie is very professional in her work and phone skills and she really knows how to get to the solution quickly. She's a keeper!!!! Keep up the great work you do to keep State Farm customers. Also I almost forgot to mention her latest assistance she helped with getting my son Jared back on our policies to be able to drive our vehicles and also Julie researched the cost and got him to bring his vehicle back to State Farm.

I have always received personal service here. They know me here and eager to help me assess my needs. I've done a lot of business here over the years and always been more than satisfied. Two of my grown children have stayed with SF on their own even. Julie takes care of whatever the family needs, whether storm damage, consulting on coverage with new vehicles, good student discounts, or even to check in on me when she hadn't heard from me in a while.

I am writing this for my elderly father. We had to file a hail damage claim and Julie was very responsive and very informative in helping us understand the process and making sure it was taken care of. She always had time for a question and I felt we were a priority for her. Everything was handled promptly between her and the adjuster and we were very satisfied with the outcome.

I was rear ended and Julie Clark walked me through everything and made it very easy! Julie called ahead to the repair shop and made sure I got top notch service. State Farm handled fighting the other insurance to pay for it all. You get treated like family! Couldn’t recommend Allison Bash’s office more. Be sure to ask for Julie.

Worked with Brad to get lower rates. And he delivered. The biggest gain from switching though has been the human element they bring to the table. I can text when I have a question or need something and I get a quick response. Forgot how simple things can be when I don’t have to “press 3 for more options”.
