My wife and I (along with our two pups) got a flat tire an hour into a 6 hour trip South. Thank the Lord we pulled over and into Village Auto. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. Our vehicle required a special kind of tire and they called all over the area to track one down for us. I can’t thank these folks enough. Just good people. They saved our road trip from disaster and will be forever part of our story. I would recommend all my friends and family to do business here because they treated us just like friends and family.

I’m from out of town and had a transmission fail on our Maxima. Took to the closest garage and did not get a good vibe. Was given the option of an expensive repair or selling the car for a small fraction of its value - even considering the repair. I took it down the road to Village and was treated great!
Becky was super professional on the phone and Nick spent time working to diagnose our CVT transmission, took multiple test drives and kept me up to date on the progress being made.

Very good customer service my daughter car broke down out of town and they came to wear it was to fix it all through phone calls, so we only had to drive up there to get it. Price was pretty high for one lug nut that wouldn't come off and a tire..188.00. But there customer service was beyond expectations.

What a great shop with a very knowledgeable staff. It’s nice having a place I can take my truck or my wife’s SUV and know that it will be treated with respect and no corners will be cut. Lastly this shop has always done whatever it takes to fit my crazy schedule into theirs to make repairs timely. If you are in need of anything from tires to transmissions look here.

This is the kind of shop worth going out of one's way for. Between my parents, my brothers and I, we have several 200k+ cars in our family, and these guys keep them running reliably with great workmanship and honest, trustworthy advice. The turnaround is usually quicker than the estimate, and they don't leave loose ends. They seem to enjoy the work - good sign, and the shop's appearance is always meticulous and professional - also a good sign. Definitely worth a few extra miles if you're in the Milwaukee area.

Took the car in to check on a problem with blinker lights/electrical. They fixed that timely, by finding out my trailer wiring T-Connector was causing the problem, so I just had the tech disconnect it for now. When I got home and did a walk-around, I noticed my blinker bulb was not in the socket or housing. Since I wanted to drive to work the next morning, I had to dig into the car myself to find out that the tech decided not to put the bulb back in place. I think I understand why, because it is a major pain in the butt to get at, and took me way too long (after a long day of work myself) to monkey

I have taken my vehicles to J&N since they opened. Their customer service is excellent as well as the mechanics and their work. Thank you guys for always being able to help. I cannot say how much I appreciate all the help.

I took my car here for a tune up and an engine clean I was told it would take 4 hours.
They had my car for 8 hours they messed up my catalytic converter. They never said how it happened or why they had my car for so long. I have a 2011 Buick Lacrosse catalytic converters do NOT go out on these cars. They offered to fix it at my expense I wouldn't let them change the oil in my lawn mower! I took my car to Oak Creek Meineke and they told me that the converter was loaded with engine cleaner and they may have done it to get more money out of me. I paid 900.00 at Oak Creek Meineke

My husband's 99 Buick broken down on Hwy 43. We checked Yelp - and called Village Car Care. The tow truck took us there and we were warmly welcomed - at 4:30 on a Friday night. The repair was done quickly and at a good price. Overall a very good experience after a horrible one.
