As a stay at home mom I had no option but to bring my toddler with me to get my emissions tested. The people at the counter told me it would take them 5-10 minutes to plug it in. I think we were out of there in 3-4 minutes! Thank you for being so convenient! I’ll be going to B-town for future service!

Be very cautious if you're having an alignment done here. I had them do a four wheel alignment on my wife's vehicle after having a new set of tires put on. Unfortunately they put an excessive amount of negative camber on the rear wheels that ended up destroying the new tires. when I called, the service writer's only response was "It was fine when it left here" This is not likely since both rear wheels had the exact same amount of excessive negative camber and both tires wore in the exact same spot. I guess this is a good example of a true Taillight Warranty!
