You guys are very unprofessional and insensitive on how to treat a grieving family. I understand our situation wasn’t normal circumstances, but as a business you should be able to maintain professionalism, stay unbiased, and do your job. Pat to rudely hang up on the person that you received the authorization form from to receive our fathers body and say you don’t know who she is proves your lack of professionalism and competency to do your job also a poor reflection on your business. Especially when we weren’t rude or nasty to you at all, each time that we spoke with someone at your office

Staff is very unprofessional. Even on the day of my father's funeral the woman who was organizing the transport was insensitive and unprofessional. My father recently passed, and we allowed the girlfriend to make arrangements as we are out of town with the understanding that everything would be presented to us for approval, but we were treated as if what we had to say was not important and everything had to go through her. Even when I called to ask a question I was hung up on. It was the most unprofessional and heartbreaking experience that I have ever had an no one should be treated this way when

They did a wonderful job when my daddy died. I have only been to Gary a few times,, and my uncle made some decisions and left some for me, but this was my first funeral and i didn't know nothing! They were very professional and Iesha (I dealt with her more) made a difficult situation easy, as did her colleagues.

Over the weekend, I attended the funeral of my fiance grandmother. Though the room was nice and the workers were friendly, I feel that the ceremony was a bit rushed. They did not give the family time to speak on their loss. If it wasn't for the family taking the ceremony into their own hands at the end, we would have only been paying our respects in under 15-20 mins. They need to take into consideration that each and every family that lost a love one needs TIME. Time to heal, grieve, remember, share, acknowledge, love and thank. Being able to share stories and reflect among others during the ceremony
