I put a deposit in on getting a new Roof around end August beginning of September. I was call 2 weeks before the Oct 17 date I requested to have them start the install. The Quote indicated 5 days. They came in on time worked every day till the moon lite showed. They cleaned up everyday never left the house in a bad spot incase of rain. They finish the roof in 4 days not including the seal in day to let the membrane seal. The supervisor was in site every day to make sure the crew was up to speed on everything. Caring! Chris is wonderful employee! I cant say enough. He assessed my elderly neighbors roof. I helped my neighbor through this for many reasons. She has a roof look. Chris climbed in the attic and on the roof. Estimate of the Repair was not overpriced. Even payments so people on Medicare can care for their home! Very impressed!

Jimmy came out twice to check on leaks we had. He took time to identify the issue, got the materials to address the problem. He also explained many things regarding the roof in general, what I should look out for in the future. Jimmy was extremely polite, communicative and I feel I can trust him in the future when my roof needs any work done, big or small. I would recommend him and G and G to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reasonable roofing company.

I have used G&G roofing twice; first completing over 50 squares of snap lock standing seam on my house and the second time a smaller job was completed on our chicken coop, which perfectly matches the house roof. Both times the result was amazing. I am very meticulous and expect the same from others when they do work for me. They ensured the panels all lined up on multiple pitches and angles, by finding the center of the roof, adjusting the width of the starting panel to ensure the final panel was the same width. The trim was all done with expertise.They are true craftsmen. The roof turned out better

By this letter, we are filing a complaint against G&G Roofing. Following is an explanation of the problems we've had with G&G.
* After the hurricane in September of 2017, we had extensive damage to our roof. We called G&G Roofing to replace the roof. It took some time to get all the insurance information done and approved.
* Starting in March of 2018, G&G was approved to replace the roof. At that time, they told us it would be 9-16 weeks before they could do the work. Every time we called to try and get a date, we got the same story - 9-16 weeks

What a roof really is is peace of mind, and I don't have that. Unfortunately, for the second year in a row I have lost a lot of 130 MPH shingles in wind that was nowhere near that high. Maybe it was the shingle manufacturer, or maybe the installation. Don't know, don't care. I also had a leak around a vent pipe that damaged my ceiling and took 3 tries to fix. All I know is G&G put on a roof that doesn't hold up and which I can't trust. I'm ripping off a 4 year old roof and starting over with a new company. How sad is that?

products / services we didn't need. After a storm like this, there are many people and companies that try to take advantage of

Requested an estimate for new roof. They were quick to show up and provide an estimate, which was reasonable compared with other estimates. After sending them signed contract, we failed to hear back from them. Two weeks went by and no one responded back so we canceled and decided to go with another company.
