I have been living here for 3 months now and I really enjoy it. Dj and the rest of the staff have been really helpful and friendly anytime I need them or call. The staff goes up and beyond to always make sure I am comfortable in my new housing situation. I have loved everything about living here and the process up till now. Quiet apartments i literally have no issues here. The assistant manager DJ is super helpful and sweet. I learned a lot and for daly. city it's very nice. It's so quiet here. 4 stars cus guest parking is scarce and the main manager is rude. but i love my apartment ! and people are friendly and i dont get any packages stolen

We had an amazing experience living here. Philip and his team as a cut above. The move in process, the move out process, everything was a 10. Easy to pay rent online, animal friendly, and inviting atmosphere.
We definitely recommend this complex. Please stop by and tour a home and fall in love!!! 10 out of 10!

I am a civil engineer in construction management who was looking for his first studio to rent out and wasn't sure what to expect of Skyline at first. DJ was the one who did a great job breaking the ice, and gave me a personable tour of the few available apartments they had. The apt complex is overall quiet and clean, and the studio price and space pretty much sold itself, but the great customer service really did seal the deal for me. That one month of free rent promotion was just the cherry on top. Thanks DJ and Skyline for finding me my first home. Happy to live here :)

Pros:
1. Location. Right on the edge of Pacifica and San Francisco so you have access to gorgeous ocean views, hikes etc. I recommend checking out Mori Point, Fort Funston and Grey Whale Cove Beach where are fairly close. You are also close to a big plaza at Serramonte with a Target and other stores/restaurants.
2. Good for minimalist living if you don't have a family or kids. Before the pandemic, while it was still very expensive, it was cheaper than a lot of other places around which were $3k a month.
Cons:
1. Some questionable neighbors. There were a handful

Skyline Heights Daly City is a great community with well-kept landscape, a beautiful pool, barbecue grill area, and an awesome gym. laundry rooms have good machines that aren't too expensive. The building manager is super friendly and as good as they get. Also, the facilities repair team fixed problems within hours of any issues arising- and were incredibly efficient and courteous. All in all, a great experience and a lovely community especially if you have pets ( Conveniently located near the freeways and shopping as well- you'll love it here.

I would recommend this place. I like the assistant manager, Derick. He's super friendly and accommodating. The maintenance people Freddie and Bob, are helpful and go above and beyond what's necessary to make you feel comfortable very fast when requesting service and maintenance, especially "Freddie."

We somehow saved ourselves by moving out. We had neighbors who had no respect for others. Here are just a few examples: 1. We had people living there who were hanging out almost every night so late (~3am or so) talking loudly. We even experienced some nights people screaming out load. 2. One neighbor living upstairs had a huge dog and used to jump downstairs in the middle of night to walk or join those outside parties. 3. We had another guy spitting in the front of the building. 4. People there don't clean up after dogs and lots of dog poops were everywhere. 5. Many of them are heavy smokers

Well, where can I start off, I began a one year lease last year and gave a low deposit with a great move in special, I was fascinated. After the first month, my neighbors bathroom started leaking sewage into my bedroom carpet and I kept asking the property to look into the problem and the problem persisted for a week until it was finally fixed. They then fixed the leakage and I had mold growing on my brand new bed and carpet. I asked them to come clean the carpet and to see what we could do about my ruined furniture, they said they had no liability with the leakage and that I had to go through

Plumbing is broken, emergency situation, office door says to call number and follow prompt. Number tells you to call a different number to get emergency maintenance. That number goes to a RANDOM GUY IN FLORIDA wrong number.

Horrible experience living here. Management is beyond terrible. While construction, some how the roofers managed to tear my screen to my back window and damaged the blinds. Upon closer examination I noticed roofing nails and roofing tar on and near my windowsill. Damaged many things. I called and emailed the manager 10 days ago with no response. This place is a joke. Do your self a favor. DO NOT RENT HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF.

We have lived here for 2 years, so as others like to mention, have a fair amount of experience living here. PLEASE note the date on postings, anything before 2018 involved an entirely different staff and they were great. Since the start of 2018 the new staff and Mgr in particular could care less about the residents. If you have a noise complaint, they don’t care, if you complain about the smell of weed coming into your apt, they don’t care, go tell them about the garbage piling outside the neighbors apt, they don’t care.
