Moving in was a breeze, but the pest issues I had were a nightmare. Getting maintenance to fix issues was difficult, and They failed to disclose that the building had/has bedbug infestation. When I discovered my unit was infested with bedbugs and complained, they lied to me, they told me that I was liable for the bedbugs under the lease, they lied about the cost to treat it, and when I tried to do something about the bedbugs, they blocked all my efforts to do so. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Massive stealing package problems, Seramonte ridge even don’t care about that I spoke with them many times it’s useless. Also be aware, after bad truly review they making fake accounts or asking someone for $ put good 5 star review after yours. Avoid this apartments DO NOT MOVE here if you don’t wanna have problems with theft, mold, cockroaches, and always smoking people in building. Carefully check the reviews future resident, that’s you will deal with here later or go to Yelp reviews face all problems here

I actually really loved living here. I loved the neighborhood and my apartment. The staff were always friendly and over the last year maintenance requests went through much quicker than they did when I first moved in. The only thing I didn’t love about where I lived was the fact that my apartment was on the first floor, because of this my apartment was always freezing and we had to keep the heater on year round. Other than that, I would definitely consider living here again!

The place is nice, but it’s a very expensive place, a lot of dogs owners are very rude and don’t take care of their animals messes and apparently the rules for punishment in that case doesn’t work. And when you get a holiday to enjoy the pool or go to the gym you won’t be able because they lock this areas without a warming. And if you don’t have enough credit in your laundry’s card you won’t be able to wash your clothes, because the credit’s station is locked as well. That’s ridiculous =/
