Miranda is originally from Woodward and grew up with one older brother, Austin. She has been a patient of Global Wellness since she was around nine years old. Chiropractic health and fitness has always been a part of her life growing up as an athlete. She went on to do Division One gymnastics at Ball State University.

Decompression: Normally as chiropractors we can address the spine in two directions (front to back, side to side) and with decompression it allows us to address the spine in third direction.It does this by unloading the discs to allow for nutrients and fluids to be pulled into them, which, helps to heal and repair damage disc tissue.
