Noah's Ark Pediatrics is privileged to have Dr. Eunice Lee MD as our Head Pediatrician. She has professionally and faithfully served our patients healthcare needs for over 7 years. Her sensitive attention to our patients care and concerns is one of the many reasons she is so highly sought after. Dr. Lee is fluent in English, Korean, and Spanish.
My boys having been seeing the staff at Noah's Ark for about 5 years my experience has always been a good one they always answer my questions and always manage to squeeze my boys in when they wake up ill. Whether it is Dr. Miligro or any one of the doctors my experience always has been good. I am having a grandbaby soon and we will be taking her to Noah's Ark.
A: On a normal basis Noah's Ark Pediatrics has enough availability to offer you a same day appointment. However, in some instances, especially during the busy season we are able to schedule you for the following day. A: We accept all the AHCCCS plans and many of the private and discount health plans including Health Net, Tricare, Aetna, United Health Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and many others.

I really hate not to give them a 5 star review and I refuse to give anything less than a 3 because I love Dr. LEE but after my children being patients here for over 10 entire years, I am frustrated! It has been numerous times where I have scheduled an appt for my children only to arrive and them say "we don't have them on the schedule". I have 4 children and we live 45 mins away. It's difficult getting to the office as is. Today I was told that my oldest daughter was not on the schedule even though when I scheduled, I was told the appt was for all of my children. Please avoid this place! I've always had a problem getting my daughter scheduled because they never want to answer their phones. So here's what happened recently that makes me never want to go back.
On 1/5/22 my daughter (9 months old) started to get a rash on the back of her neck, she's gotten heat rashes before so we decided to keep and eye on it to see if we would need to do what we usually do to help her with the heat rash. By the end of the day we knew that it wasn't heat rash and that she was getting hives from an allergic reaction. On 1/7/22 I made an appointment with noahs ark because

Noah’s ark has been so helpful during our hard times with our kids being sick a lot. We appreciate all the help & kindness from Jessica and Dr. Lee. Anytime we need appointments they are there for us. The manager is amazing as well, very sweet lady. We can’t thank them enough for everything! Our kids love Jessica and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

I was a avid Noah's Ark rep up until my visit on 8/31/21 for my daughters asthma. I cancelled my other daughters appointments and will not be back.
IF YOUR CHILD HAS ASTHMA SPARKED BY SEASONAL ALLERGIES READ THIS.
I have dealt with this since my daughter was very little obviously. Since it has been windy and raining off and on you could imagine her chronic cough and inflammation. Mind you we have ALWAYs came to Noah's Ark because they used to be very understanding and truly listen.
This visit seemed to be getting pinpointed back to the Delta Variant and how I should get her tested

Been bring my son to Noah's Ark since he was 2 years old and he is now 11. We first went to the office on 59th but they closed that office and now we go to 75th Ave. We have had our fair share of ups and downs. There are times the staff are great and other times the staff are horrible. My son doesn't come that often and ther always seems to be new front desk individuals and nurses. They have a high turnnover rate for PA's as well. Seems to always have a new PA every year. There are times when we do have to wait to get an appointment, and then there are times we can get in right away. When you call

We’ve tried a few pediatricians and Noah’s Ark blows them out of the water…;) Dr Lee is very knowledgeable, nice and great with the kids. You know if the Doctor has a great attitude, that usually emanates onto their employees….awesome staff! We brought our baby daughter here & they have been wonderful! Dr. Riley is so helpful. As first time parents I feel like we always have a million questions & worries, but everyone is very comforting & Dr. Riley has always been accurate with diagnosing our daughter, whether it's a small rash, newborn screen results, vaccines, or anything else we need to take care of! We just started taking our kids to this doctor about 8 months or so and we have had an awesome experience each time. Staff was friendly, welcoming and quick. We saw Riley the PA on our last visit. She did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable. She was able to explain what was going on and put all over our minds at ease. Very happy we found this pediatrician.

This place is amazing, I live in Goodyear and I am willing to travel close to 30 miles because the efficiency and friendliness of the doctors and the staff is above and beyond great. All the doctors there are great and the front desk is extremely accommodating. They do last minute appointments and late appointments too. You can tell that it's really a family of people who really care for your children. I think my kids will be coming here for their medical care until they are legally adults. LOL

Dr. Lee is fantastic. The back office staff is great. The front office staff is always confused and after being charged incorrectly for a copay from a front office staff error the office manager treated me as if I was causing her a major inconvenience to inquire why I was asking for my copay back after if was INCORRECTLY charged. Not sure if we will be be back after being treated this way.

Very rude. Love doctor Eunice lee my youngest son has been in her care since he was born all of my kids go there but since the change of the front staff everything chance.
I'm no longer happy and now that my youngest son need the care of dr lee I can't even make a appointment with her. Only with the nurse practitioner. Every time I leave a message never get a call back every time I call a 15 to 20 min hold. I am seriously thinking of changing provider. Which is so sad!

I scheduled an appointment for my newborn for her first checkup. We are in the process of adopting her, but obviously need to get her seen like any other new baby. When we arrived for the appointment, I provided all of the hospital and immunization records and pointed out that the name is different due to the adoption which is in process.
